These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and c444c ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://c444c.cam and all associated services, content and features (collectively, the "Platform").

c444c is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides information on sports betting, casino games, bonus terms and responsible gambling practices. It is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are presented in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on c444c, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your country or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal position.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is prohibited.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Upon registration, you are required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth and your country of residence. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. c444c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. We reserve the right to suspend any Account where security concerns are identified, pending further investigation.

c444c operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including — but not limited to — at the time of:

• First withdrawal request
• Any withdrawal above a threshold amount set by the operator
• Account update or password reset
• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity

Acceptable KYC documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and a proof of residential address. Additional documentation may be requested at the operator's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension. c444c will not be liable for any delays in processing caused by a User's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

All deposits to your c444c Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references for Pakistani users. The mention of these payment providers does not constitute an endorsement of gambling services by those providers, nor a guarantee of availability. Actual available deposit methods are subject to the operator's current terms and the user's jurisdiction.

Account balances are maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. c444c does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed.

• The name on your payment account must exactly match the name registered on your c444c Account.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance holds or disputes.

c444c does not guarantee processing timelines for withdrawal requests. Processing durations vary by payment method and are subject to operator and payment-provider review procedures. No specific turnaround time is warranted by these Terms.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. c444c reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

c444c may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives to Users. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement would require total bets of PKR 1,50,000 to be placed before withdrawal. These figures are examples only — refer to each promotion's specific T&C.

9.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round applies. This limit is specified within each promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.

9.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games, but this varies by offer. Users must check contribution rates before playing.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are non-extendable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9.5 Bonus Abuse

c444c reserves the right to void any bonus and close any Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple Accounts, or misuse of any promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

9.6 One Bonus Per User

Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User, household, IP address and payment method unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of cheating.
• Attempting to launder money or finance unlawful activities through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Facilitating access by any person who is under the minimum eligible age.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions without prior written authorisation from c444c.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of c444c or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The c444c name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of c444c. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, logo or trade name of c444c or any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c444c, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to, alteration of, or deletion of your transmissions or data.
• Gambling losses sustained through the use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c444c makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

c444c is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. It is not a method to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximums on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a chosen period, after which further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard caps on continuous playing sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and is enforceable across all Platform channels.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated, as specified in the operator's own published terms. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Pakistani Users: c444c does not claim that its services are authorised or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 (and any successor legislation) may be applicable to users in Pakistan. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
